Here is a link to a blog post I did while I was working at Maya HTT. I made a simplified CAD model of a deep sea submarine, from which I created an FEM incorporating its composite properties. I then used the Nastran solver in Simcenter 3D to conduct a Non-linear dynamic structural analysis of the submarine and commented on the results.
